Kelly Eisner, LCPC
I am Kelly Eisner, a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Meditation and Guided Imagery
Specialist, and Certified Daring Way Facilitator with close to 20 years of experience treating
both adults and adolescents.
I work with my clients to re-establish a sense of safety in a world that is often unpredictable
and sometimes painful. Much of the growth my clients achieve is attributable to an increased
feeling of safety showing up to life as their authentic selves. Through a path of inner growth
and healing, they enrich the part of themselves that can provide them with the nurturance and
courage to endure life’s trials, take in its joys and feel hopeful about the future.
I specialize in treating anxiety disorders and working with those struggling with issues of
perfectionism, comparison, and “not enough-ness”. Many of my clients also choose to work
with me to deepen their spiritual connection through my specialization in Meditation and
I bring my experience as the Senior Clinician in a day-treatment program for adolescents with
mental health and substance abuse disorders to my work with my teenage clients. In addition
to the certifications that I hold in The Daring Way, Meditation and Guided Imagery, and
Solution Oriented Brief Therapy, I have advanced training in DBT, Compassion Focused Therapy
and Havening Techniques (a trauma treatment). As a life-long learner, I continue to train in the
latest evidenced based treatments.
I often offer groups, workshops and professional presentations centered around my offerings,
particularly in the space of shame resiliency and meditation.
I strive to be culturally competent and welcome clients from cultures that differ from my own. I
am LGBTQ+ Affirming.
