Monica Bullock, LCPC

Monica is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who has dedicated her career working with adolescents, adults and families in all levels of care from outpatient through residential care.

She has immense gratitude that she is able to utilize her training background to guide individuals in accomplishing their goals, rediscovering themselves, and moving towards a life they want to live. Monica is passionate about helping individuals live more in line with their values, increase assertive communication, and learn to tolerate emotional distress more effectively.

Areas of specialty include eating disorders, body image concerns, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, life transitions, couples counseling, family therapy and parent coaching (education and coaching for parents working to navigate their child’s eating disorder recovery).

Monica believes in taking an individualized approach because she knows everyone has their own unique story and journey. She pulls from her training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), Emotion-Focused Family Therapy (EFFT) and Family Based Treatment (FBT). She also recently completed a three year training program to become a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, which will allow her to better aid individuals healing from trauma.

In her free time, Monica enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring new places, traveling, and reading.
