Lisa is passionate about creating a safe space where people can connect to the quiet of their inner wisdom.

She began her formal practice in yoga and meditation in 2005, studying at White Lotus Foundation in Santa Barbara, CA. In 2007, she received her 500-hour Certified Yoga Training from Prairie Yoga. Her other formal studies include the completion of the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Program, The Calm Monkey Meditation Facilitator Program, and the Sedona Women’s Institute Facilitator Training Program. She also has studied with numerous meditation teachers around the country. She holds a Master’s of Fine Arts from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.

In addition to her regular in-person and telephonic mediation classes, Lisa teaches yoga and chair yoga and holds women’s circles and retreats.


Her corporate clients include DuPage Medical Group, Chase Bank and Lakeshore Lacrosse.

I look forward to holding space and offering mindfulness meditation at the Estuary Center.
