Jillian Clarke, EdD, NCSP

Dr. Clarke is the founder of ENDEAVOR, PLLC which provides educational evaluations, consultative services, and professional development for schools, families and communities. She is a Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP) with Bilingual (Spanish) Special Education Approval from the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) who is currently completing her post-doctoral fellowship to obtain clinical licensure. Dr. Clarke earned her bachelor’s degree in Spanish from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign, a master’s degree in Educational Psychology from Loyola University, as well as a second master’s degree and doctorate in Educational Psychology from National Louis University.
Dr. Clarke has over 15 years of experience working with school-aged students (pre-k through graduate students), their families, and community service providers. She believes that educational psychologists are uniquely qualified to help students facilitate access to curriculum. Dr. Clarke conducts individualized, psycho-educational assessments of your child’s unique cognitive, academic, and/or social and emotional functioning. She currently specializes in working with students with 504 Plans and IEPs who require updated testing for college, and Dr. Clarke can support students and families with the transition to college to ensure the right supports are available to meet the student’s unique learning needs. Additionally, Dr. Clarke is available to conduct psycho-educational evaluations for gifted students.
