Mind Body Connections is an out-patient psychotherapy practice specializing in body-based, holisitic and expressive arts therapy approaches to counseling services.  Our outpatient therapists, available in Naperville (at Estuary Center), Chicago, and online, specialize in diverse conditions, offering creative engagement methods. Stacey M. Hurst, LCPC, BC-DMT -virtual and in person at Estuary Center-Stacey works with adults and is a dance/movement therapist, IFS level 2 trained and EMDR trained.

Heather Randazzo, LCPC, ATR-BC-virtual and in person at Estuary Center-Heather is an art therapist who works with children through adults.

 

Ara Lucia Ashburne, LPC, CRC-virtual office only-Ara works with adults through an Internal Family Systems framework.

Shannon Suffoletto, LCPC, BC-DMT, CMPC-virtual and in person in Chicago Ravenswood-Shannon solely sees student and professional athletes focusing on mental health as it impacts performance.

Stephanie Kilper, LCPC, BC-DMT-virtual and in person in Chicago Ravenswood-Stephanie specializes in eating disorders and LGBTQ population. She sees teens through adults.

Katy O'Hanlon Bruns, LPC, R-DMT pending-virtual and in person in Chicago Ravenswood-Katy works with children through adults specializing in ADHD and body based psychotherapy.

Kellyn Jackson, LPC, BC-DMT-virtual and in person in Chicago Ravenswood-Kellyn works with adults with a body based Internal Familysystems framework supporting the non-verbal exploration of parts.

Beth Berta, LPC, R-DMT pending-virtual and in person in Chicago Ravenswood-Beth specializes in working with adults through a body-based lens and specializes in trauma and mood disorders.
