I specialize in working with adults with a wide range of issues such as
anxiety, depression, trauma and addiction. My therapeutic approach involves
compassion, exploration and insight. I utilize several different treatment
modalities such as DBT, CBT, motivational interviewing and mindfulness
practices. I believe in living as your best and most authentic self, and I utilize
a skills based approach to help clients change undesired behavior patterns.
My goal is to assist clients in coping with their emotions and stress, changing
self-destructive behaviors, and also to support them in connecting with
others. I offer a safe space where we can work together to find solutions to
problems and new ways of thinking.
 

My journey in the social work field began working with adults with
developmental disabilities. Over time I transitioned to working in Residential,
PHP and IOP programs throughout Southern California, as an individual and
family therapist. I have specialized training as a DBT coach and have
extensive experience working as a DBT specialist with adult women who
struggle with addiction.
